PORTLAND COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT INITIATIVES, INC. (PCRI) APPLICATION SCREENING CRITERIA
Thank you for your interest in renting with Portland Community Reinvestment Initiatives, Inc. (PCRI). When filling out your application, please answer ALL questions. We cannot process your application if any information is missing. Applicants will be chosen on a first come, first serve basis- in the order accepted. There is a $35.00 non-refundable screening charge for EACH adult applicant. Payment of this charge is not a guaranteed acceptance into PCRI’s housing. If your application is not approved, the screening charge will NOT be returned. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE IN THE FORM OF MONEY ORDER OR CASHIER’S CHECK. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH OR CHECKS. We comply with all federal, state, and local laws concerning discrimination. A current list of properties is available through our office.

DISABLED ACCESSABILITY PCRI will allow existing premises to be modified at the full and complete expense of the disabled person if the disabled person agrees to restore the premises (per fair housing guidelines) at their own expense to the pre-modified condition. We require:
DENIAL If your application is denied, you will receive a letter from the screening company outlining the reasons for the denial and your rights. You have the right to dispute the accuracy of any information provided to the landlord by a screening service or credit reporting agency.
