How to Apply
Thank you for your interest in renting with PCRI.
All PCRI rental properties are filled through our waiting list. Applicants interested in being added to the waitlist for the eligible units should complete a waiting list application available online or by visiting PCRI’s office at 6329 NE Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. Portland, OR 97211 Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Applications must be submitted in person at PCRI’s office. Prospective residents will be required to provide photo ID all adult household members 18 years and older.
Applications are available HERE. Completed applications will be accepted at PCRI during normal business hours. Once we have your completed application and a copy of all adult household members’ photo IDs, we will put your application on the appropriate waitlist(s). No money will be due at that time.
Prospective residents are encouraged to confirm their continued interest in PCRI’s waitlist in January and June of each year and are encouraged to review PCRI Criteria for Residency (screening criteria) prior to application. Criteria for residency is available HERE.
When a household’s application has reached the top of the waiting list, applicants will be notified and a non-refundable application screening charge of $35.00 per adult will be required. Additional details are included in PCRI’s Criteria for Residency.
Please note: This is not a waiting list for subsidized (Section 8 ) housing. That list is currently closed. This list is for our Affordable Housing/Income Restricted properties, including HOME funded properties. All applicants must income qualify as well as pass our background screening process. Rents are based on the Area Medium Income (AMI).
