Thank you for your interest in renting with PCRI.  For more information about renting from PCRI, please see our screening criteria.

How to apply for a PCRI property:

• Check our available rental list
• If you would like to schedule a viewing, please call our office at (503) 288-2923 for an appointment
• Applications may only be submitted for specific available properties.
• Applications are not considered received until application is completed in its entirety and is submitted with a $35.00 non-refundable screening fee for each applicant 18 and older
• Screening fees must be paid with a money order or cashier’s check (cash, personal checks and credit cards are not accepted)
• Applicant will be chosen on a first-come, first-served basis in the order in which the application (and payment of screening fees) is received.
