Exeter and Adriatic Affordable Homeownership (2010) In conjunction with Portland Development Commission and Portland Housing Bureau,
PCRI will build four new 3-bedroom, 2-bath homes (1550-1620 square feet) for
sale below market prices to low- and middle-income families. The homes, slated
for completion fall 2010, represent our commitment to expand minority homeownership.
They also showcase our commitment to sustainability by utilizing durable and
beautiful materials as well as energy- and resource-efficient design and systems.
These homes are projected to achieve LEED Silver/Gold, Earth Advantage and Energy
Start certification and will participate in the City
of Portland’s 9th
Annual Build it Green! homes tour.
